04 — Good to know
All three tickets include access to all facilities — General (₹399) is for 1 person, Couple (₹699) for 2 people and Family (₹1,399) for 4 people. Nothing else is bundled: food & drinks are purchased inside the lawn. Couple tickets are issued only to a boy & girl couple; otherwise no Couple ticket will be provided. Family tickets work for any 4 people, boys or girls.
Instantly. Each ticket gets a unique ID & QR code (stored securely in our database) and is emailed to you as a styled PDF/image ticket with your name, tier, event, venue & date. You can also download it right on the success screen. Each QR admits the number of people covered by that ticket (1 for General, 2 for Couple, 4 for Family).
Festive & traditional Raas attire is encouraged but not mandatory. Every person entering must be covered by a ticket — General admits 1 person, Couple admits 2 and Family admits 4.
Full refund till 30 Sept, 50% till 10 Oct, non-refundable after that. Tickets are transferable — just forward the emailed PDF; each QR admits only the number of people on that ticket and is scanned at entry. Couple tickets must be used by a boy & girl couple.
Gates open 6:30 PM, show starts 7 PM sharp. No — food and drinks are not included in any ticket. The best food in the town is available inside the lawn, and everything can be purchased there.
Show your QR (phone or printout) at the gate. Our scanners verify the unique ticket ID live against the database — screenshots are fine as long as the QR is sharp. Use “Verify ticket” below to check any ID.
Yes — free on-site parking is available at Moments Resort for all ticket holders.
